Women’s Health

For most of my adult life, and probably even into my pre-teen years, I’ve struggled with hormones. It wasn’t until 2009, that I received my diagnosis for Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. It was then that I decided to take life by the balls, and I got into shape by losing sixty pounds fast.

Losing weight almost completely resolved my health issues. My skin was clear. I had energy. I felt great. But then, in 2013, I became extremely ill and the doctors didn’t know what was wrong. I gained all that weight back in three months with extra. It has been such a struggle in the past five years to lose it again.

I’m here to share my experiences with PCOS and research I have done over the years. I have become sort of an advocate for women’s health and run a few support groups online in adult forums.

I hope to publish at least one weekly article as research comes up. Here is what I have so far. Please follow so you can keep up to date with the latest research and my own journey with PCOS.
