I’ll be researching more popular topics like gaslighting, toxic relationships, toxic behaviours and more in the coming months.

CONFLICT RESOLUTION

Conflict resolution is something we all face in our lives. Whether dealing with a difficult person in our workplace, or in our personal lives, learning how to cope with difficult types of personalities can make or break us as individuals.

In this section, I’ll be sharing some things I’ve learned over the years both in personal and professional settings. I have taken PD courses in conflict resolution, negotiations and critical thinking and can’t wait to share these tips with you.

Even though COVID-19 cases are dwindling around the globe, we as a society are still struggling with the effect of isolation and being cut off from our usual support groups. I’ve written several articles on the importance of self-care. 

Self-care isn’t selfish – it’s essential.

GRIEF

Grief is something we all face. Whether it’s the end of a relationship, losing a loved one, losing a job or even ending a friendship, grief affects us all in very individual ways. As a musician who has worked for funerals, I’ve had my share fair of grief in my life. In these articles, I’ll share some ideas and thoughts I have on how to handle grief.

This blog also serves as a purpose for me to write about my own struggles with grief and the loss of friends and loved ones.

As you can see, I write a lot. And I like to cover a lot of different topics. This section is for “misc” articles that don’t really have a category – yet.

This is for general rants, raves or about daily life. You can also sort my articles by “category” and look for my daily diary posts.

On the evening of February 19, I decided to create a blog posting schedule. I’ll be putting more thought into my weekly or daily blog posts. Check back often as the schedule may change.

I will still do the occasional daily diary posts – but I think they get to be a bit much every day.

You will be sent a request for payment and available dates for a session.  Appointments are charged by length. Fees are non-refundable. Repeat clients may be eligible for discounted rates.
