Coaching Sessions 25
Coaching sessions can be booked monthly or weekly - or as needed. We can review your current weight loss plan and tailor it to meet your new goals. If you need help finding what's best for you, we can chat about options for different diet plans, tools and resources that can help you out. Custom packages are available for people with specific needs or goals. Sessions can be booked for 30 minutes or 60 minutes. $20 for 30 minute session $40 for 60 minute session
Check-In's and Motivation $20
Need someone to help keep you accountable? Need that push to keep you motivated? Let's book weekly or bi-weekly check-in's to help keep you on track! We can chat about what's working for you, what's not working for you and how you can continue to work on your goals. $25 per 30 minute session.
