I thought that I would create a page to save some of my favorite resources for recipes and inspiration in the kitchen. I’m also going to be working on a series of blog posts about kitchen basics and staples that everyone should have on hand. And with inflation coming in 2022, I’ll be sharing some tips on how to budget and save money as a single person when it comes to shopping for healthy foods.
Make sure to bookmark this page! I’m also working on some templates via Canva for recipes and will be sharing new creations with you over the year. I’m determined to get back into clean eating and lose weight this year. And what better way to do that than by focusing on kitchen essentials.
Note: some of the channels below are not strictly clean eating recipes, but I enjoy their videos a lot. I also follow Jamie Oliver and Gord Ramsey. America’s Test Kitchen is a great resource if you’re a beginner in the kitchen and looking for tools to buy.
