I started a youtube channel last week and have recorded a few episodes already for my new podcast. This is something I’ve wanted to do for a while but couldn’t figure out how to put all the information together.
I decided to go over some of my more popular blog posts and review them in depth with more personal stories and details. I can also answer questions if people have them as well.
The channel is brand new – I’ve mostly used the account to lurk on youtube. I’ll be covering a lot of topics from:
- Fitness and weight loss tips
- Health advice – chronic migraines, PCOS, women’s health, mental health
- Some tech reviews including fitness apps, websites, fitness resources, gadgets, etc
- Toxic relationships and the effects of bullying, harassment and abuse
- Random rants about general world events
- The occasional post on spiritual healing, traditions, meditations, etc
I’m also thinking about recording affirmations and meditations with music for the channel but have to think on that more.
