Thought I would post a quick fitness update and announce some more changes to this blog. I’m still playing around with the theme and overall design. I’m also still playing around with scheduling posts. Sometimes I will reschedule a post if it gets very low views. I’m still figuring this scheduling thing out.
I realized the other day that when I switched back to a premium plan, wordpress reset my ad settings. I’ve removed that and the blog is now ad free again.

New weekly article series
I’m working on a collection of blog series. I’m talking more about my experiences and research in various fields. You may notice more posts on theology research and paranormal topics. It’s a subject I’ve been more than obsessed with since my childhood. I like to keep an open mind and open heart to new discoveries and love to learn. That’s all it is – a fascination.
Note: I welcome skeptics to the blog. But comments are monitored. Keep it respectful please.
Some topics will include:
- The history of things like Shamanism, Wicca, Earth Magic, and other cultural traditions from around the globe.
- Holistic health and healing practices dating back to ancient times.
- Dream Speak – a collection of dreams and nightmares from over the years including my experience with insomnia, sleep paralysis and night terrors.
Entertainment – I’m kind of a movie addict and love all things horror, paranormal and sci-fi related. I may blog from time to time about shows that I binge or movies that I love. I do make a lot of pop culture references. Some of my favorite shows include: Buffy, Angel, Supernatural, X-files, Twilight Zone – to name a few.
Science – I love nature and exploration videos. I’m now obsessed with the tiny house movement and all things nature related including space and ocean exploration.
Music – has once again been scraped from the site. I’d like to keep this blog separate as I’ve opened to other social groups I have online.
Fitness – weekly or monthly progress reports for my fitness journey
What’s Cooking – weekly recipes and healthy cooking tips for weight loss
The world is kind of a crazy place right now. I’m trying to keep to topics that are interesting and takes our mind off the crazy.
Mostly Single updates
Think of this website like a small one person magazine. Sometimes I write two or three posts in a day and schedule them for later. Sometimes I don’t feel like writing at all. But I am trying to keep to my commitment of working out daily, eating healthy and getting healthy overall. This blog helps keep me accountable.
