Music to make your heart sing.

The other night, I hopped on the piano when I couldn’t sleep and wrote a little song. I thought I’d share that with you today.

Music is my therapy. It’s very cathartic when you pour your heart out into music. I mostly just play what I feel. It’s a great outlet. Anything creative is a great outlet for when you are feeling overwhelmed by your emotions.

You can listen to it here on Youtube: Echoes of You.

Lost Together Sing-Along

This was the first thing I clicked on when I hopped on the computer this morning and I’m so glad I did. It was the perfect way to start my day. I cried a little. I saw Blue Rodeo back in the early 2000’s when they released “Five Days in May.” Jim Cuddy is another favorite singer-songwriter of mine and I’ve seen him a couple of times live.

Just watch this video. You’ll be glad you did. I love these little creative collaborations and hope they continue post-COVID.

Have a blessed Thursday – and enjoy the weekend coming up. I think it’s a long weekend isn’t it? I lose track of these since I’m not working. Be safe, wherever you are.
