I’m not one for making resolutions. So I won’t. I can’t believe the year is almost over. The days seem to be moving so quickly now. It’s hard to keep up with the ebb and flow of time.
I started this blog back in April and it’s quickly grown to nearly 400 followers. I’ve done very little promotion and advertising. My interests and topics have been all over the map – from fitness, weight loss, to music, art, travel and now cooking.
There is no rhyme or reason for why people love my posts. Everyone seems to be here for different reasons and I love them for it!

You may have noticed that things took a different turn in September 2019. I started focusing more on home and health. I really upped my game in the kitchen with home cooking. I also stayed home more to save money. And I also got back into artwork and working on music. Here are some of the best recipes that I shared with you in 2019.
Favorite Recipes 2019
- Baked pork chops & vegetable casserole
- Three course vegetarian (almost) meal
- One pot cooking – dumplings
- Five days of – kale
What’s coming in 2020?
That’s a great question. Weight loss progress has stalled while I focus on getting healthy. I find I don’t have much energy these days as the days have been shorter. Christmas came and went like a blur of fury. I spent the day yesterday in bed with a migraine. But – I’ve been thinking about doing another cooking challenge. People tend to like healthy recipes and fitness posts more than anything else.
So, I will be partaking in a cooking challenge. I still have to work out the details in my head. But I think if I stick to one new recipe on a weekly basis that should make it easy to stick with. I’ll share recipes with you, photos, and maybe some video tutorials.
I also plan on sharing some new music with you. The creative juices come and go. But I’ve wanted to record some Celtic music and Danish hymns for a long time. So here’s hoping I can get some done on the weekends for you.
I wanted to take a moment to thank all of you for following my blog and interacting as you have been. It’s been a real treat sharing my content with you. And it keeps me motivated to keep writing and making more original content for you to enjoy.
But I have a favour to ask of you – tell me. What was your favorite post of 2019? Why did you follow my blog? What would you like to see more of in 2020?
Thank you to each and everyone of you! If you’re a fan of my music and art, please head on over to my Youtube channel and follow me there. It’s lonely with only 20 subs!
Thanks for reading and hope you are enjoying this holiday season with your loved ones!
