Fitness Goal Setting for 2020

I’m not one for resolutions. I believe in setting small goals that are achievable. I thought I would jot down my goals and what I’d like to see what happens while waiting for my ride. It’s going to be a quiet New Year’s with my dad which has been tradition since my mom died.

Goal 1: work out daily and lose as much weight as possible in a healthy manner & keep it off

Goal 2: learn a new recipe each week and continue to post original recipes

Goal 3: earn 1000 followers – almost half way there

Goal 4: work on more music and art – finish that Danish hymn album I’ve been talking about for years. Learn new skills with Corel Painter.

Goal 5: get healthy, active and try to be positive which means spending more time with friends and building on those existing and long lasting relationships. Maybe even meet someone new to hang out with.
