DIY Projects: digital art

Okay, I know – I’ve posted a lot in the past few days. But it’s only because I have so much content that I’m excited to share with you! I just didn’t have a platform to share it in.

One of my favorite things to do when I’m bored or during winter months, is DIY art projects. Now that my condo has been painted a light grey, I’ve spent the day looking at inexpensive ways to redocrate my home. Items that will not only help spruce up this place, but also will look good in my new condo.

Luckily, the colour schemes are similar. The walls in my current condo are now a light grey. Where I’m moving to, there is a combination of beige walls and light blue walls in the bedrooms.

Rather than spending hundreds of dollars of decor – I decided instead, to use what I have at home and hit the Dollar Store tomorrow for supplies. I’ll be turning some of my own artwork and photos into decorative items for my bedroom.

Here are just some paintings I’ve done in the past year – I can’t wait to get these printed and see how they look in frames.

I’ll share of my finished pieces as soon as they’re done 🙂

Square Pieces – suitable for album art too

Beautiful, & vibrant colors. Looks like alcohol inks, maybe? They will look great in your new place, I’m sure. I am wondering if you have all of your art pieces printed, or just certain ones?

I’ve printed a few out but on a cheap printer and on regular paper. Once I get a good collection going will send them to a professional printer and see what happens!

  4. Gorgeous colours!
