Can’t sleep? You aren’t alone. It’s 2 am here. It’s boiling hot. I gave up on trying to sleep and am back on the computer. Listening to soothing nature sounds. Experimenting with white noise, brown noise – you name it. Anything to try and get a few hours of sleep.
And then I stumbled on this piece of heaven.

Just sit back, turn off the lights, light a candle or incense, put on the headphones, press play and close your eyes. Let your mind wander to far off places you’ve been dreaming to see.
