Healthy Food: Easy Salads

As promised, I am not going to spam your feeds with daily meal prep. Instead, I’ve joined Instagram and will post my meals there. Feel free to follow me. I will do a weekly batch post of #foodporn for those looking for creative ways to spice up salads or eat healthy.

Here are my healthy food ideas for week 1 – and yes, they were all super easy to make and delicious. Use herbs and spices with a dash of Olive Oil to add flavour to your salad. Goat cheese is also a terrific and nutritious addition.
